The Legacy Development and Construction Services team handles projects from pre-planning through the final phases of construction. We have the capabilities to manage entire projects, both large and small, or jump in to assist your current resources.

Building on our familiarity with your design, schedule, and budget, Legacy DCS' construction program managers act as an owner's representative and have extensive experience developing and executing your vision. We understand the importance of design intent, and know how to evaluate construction projects while protecting the end product.
